Optimizely X (EN)

With the econda Test Suite for Optimizely X, you can analyze A/B and multivariate tests from your website in econda Analytics. The integration is incredibly easy as it does not involve coding at all. You simply have to toggle it in your Optimizely X UI.

When the integration is finished, you can merge your Optimizely tests data in econda Analytics with your other dimensions and metrics from your web analytics. This allows you analyze a test's visit duration, bounce rate etc.

Activation in Optimizely UI

Proceed as follows:

Always ensure econda data measurement has been loaded prior to any Optimizely code.
  1. Contact your Optimizely support to have econda Analytics unlocked.
You now see econda Analytics in the list of integrations unter Settings => Integrations in your Optimizely X interface.
  2. Make sure that the econda Analytics integration is enabled by default for all experiments (see http://recordit.co/kUM60pEA5T) or enable it for the current experiment by going to Experiments Overview in Optimizely X and enabling econda Analytics
(info) We recommend that you enable the integration by default for all experiments, otherwise it needs to be newly re-enabled for each single experiment.
  3. We recommend disabling the Mask descriptive names option (under Settings => Implementation => Snippet Settings). This ensures that the names of the experiments are transferred to econda Analytics (displayed in the Test Name dimension). Also see Optimizely documentation
Data measurement is enabled. Data is transferred to econda Analytics. (tick) For more information on the reports see Analyze Tests.
